Angel Di Maria Could Sign for Inter Miami and Join Lionel Messi

Argentine midfielder Angel Di Maria is highly linked with Lionel Messi’s Inter Miami as the US football club leading the race to sign Di Maria. Inter Miami is already dominating the Major League Soccer and with the arrival of Di Maria, they’ll have more wings to fly.

Di Maria’s contract expires in June 2024

The 36-year-old is currently playing for Benfica and his contract expires in June this year. Di Maria is likely to join Inter Miami this Summer where he’ll meet his national and former PSG teammate Messi.

He has already scored 16 goals and provided a total of 15 assists in all competitions while playing for the Portuguese club Benfica.

Earlier, Di Maria expressed his desire to play for his original club Rosario Central. Later, he changed his mind because of security concerns and he is all set to play in the Major League Soccer with known faces.
